The Creative Stage 2019

This event celebrates the 20th anniversary of the School of Design at Binus University. It invites alumni who have made significant contributions to Indonesia’s creative economy to return to campus, share their creative journeys, showcase their work, and sell their creations at a creative market.

Role

Event Planning & Manager

I was responsible for ideating and planning a creative event that would be engaging and exciting for creative individuals. 

The event included a talk show, creative market, and music performance. I was in charge of executing the plan and ensuring that everything ran smoothly during the event.

  • Define event goals, brainstorm ideas, and create a proposal
  • Manage the budget, resources, and event schedule
  • Handle promotion, technical aspects (lighting, sound), and event coordination
  • Oversee event execution and complete post-event tasks

Result

This event successfully exceeded the expected target of visitors. In addition, the event also successfully collaborated with more than 20 local brands to sell at the pop-up market. 

Not only that, but the event also brought in more than five national speakers who are experienced and experts in their fields, making the event even more beneficial for the attendees.
